Categories include Entertainment Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Graphic Design, Hospitality Services, Human Resources, Not-for-Profit Fundraising, Public Relations, Retail Marketing, Sports Marketing, Travel and Tourism, and Interviewing.
“This competition is an amazing learning experience for students who work independently to create a presentation and present it to a panel of industry professionals,” said business teacher Ms. Tara Beal. “While this virtual event was different than we are used to, the day went off without a hitch and the students were successful in navigating through this competition. I am so proud of the work of all of our students and commend our category winners on their achievements. Participation in this competition provides students with numerous transferrable skills that they will carry throughout college and their careers.”
Other students who participated and their category of choice include seniors David Cohen and Joshua Armon– Entrepreneurship, sophomores Anna Pace and Olivia Milana – Entrepreneurship, seniors Skylar McEvoy and Anthony Misilli– Graphic Design, senior Jillian Vicari– Interviewing, senior Grady Nesis – Interviewing, juniors Vincent Arnedos and Alexa Grassi – Public Relations, juniors Bradley Lopes and Emily Curry – Retail Marketing, seniors William Iannetta and Christopher Duras– Sports Marketing, and juniors Laura Castrogiovanni and Elisia Gallo– Sports Marketing.
